OBEX may, at its sole discretion, limit the number of free applications a customer can receive and does not guarantee availability for specific timeframes requested. An active pest issue must be present at the time of the request, and someone over 18 may need to be present for the entire visit. For the Six Pro℠ plan, re-service requests are limited to general pests only and do not include free mosquito re-treatments.
